 The grand entrance sign |
We had a site out in the open. |
They were in the trees. |
They even had a cemetary on their site. |
Tiffany thought she was a monkey and spent some time in the trees. |
Theresa just doing some relaxing between cooking chores. |
The group did a lot of sitting around under the awning. This was on "sunny" Saturday. |
Some of the gitls spent time praying for ... (fill in your own thoughts.) |
Armin and Theresa making plans on how to get away without the kids. |
You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose - but you can't pick your friends nose. |
Jennifer got caught picking her you know what. (We're sending this to her attorney, Armin.) |
Now Jennifer is plotting how to get even with her father. |
Jennifer decides to get even by gaining a lot of weight by eating a lot. |
Jennifer paid someone to take the food right out of Tiffany's mouth. |
Then she told me all about her plan. |
When I told the 2 monkeys about the plan, one of them thought it was funny. |
And then Armin cooked wings and keilbasa for happy hour. (After all, it has probably been 20 minutes since we ate last. |
All that cooking made Armin grow horns. |
Clicking on this picture will give a short meaning to what I meant when I said "We all sat around and watched Armin drink." |
And then night fell.
|
The first thing to happen was Armin got his hand too close to the campfire. |
And then the goblins came out. |
The spirit of Jenifferski morns the drop off the "Cliff." |
The spirit of Tiffanski sure could use some nail clippers. |
If your eyes looked like this, you would shut them, too. |
Marissa sure misses her Aunt Tereski. |
The fire must have attracted all the ghosts. |
And Brittany watched the whole thing from her tree as she ate another hot wing. |
Sunday morning left the area a tad wet. |
But a little rain doesn't stop Theresa from whipping up a full course breakfast. |
And Armin would have cooked something on the grill, but the matches were too wet. |
So he got out the trusty blowtorch and attempted to light a campfire. |
Soon the neighbors came to watch the Scheller brothers try to make fire. |
And Ruth Ann served the Birthday cakes. |
And the big boys played in the mud puddles. |
But some places the water got too deep. |
By Golly, it looks like Paul's got a little flame there. |
And then there was smoke. (I guess the wood got a little wet.) |
A little rain doesn't stop Theresa from making popcorn. |
After seeing Theresa get too warm, Armin put a longer handle on the popper. And it made the rain stop. |
